·        Adult stem cells, ethical research, have had over 50 successes and embryonic stem cell research, unethical because it kills human life, has had no successes (www.stemcellresearch.org)

·        Embryonic stem cell research is done by Kentucky Universities

·        30 humans were cloned in South Korea (The New York Times, The Cloning Successes in Korea, 2/13/04)

·        New Jersey Bill S1909 allows human cloning and the development of unborn clones in a woman’s womb until birth. The clone must be killed before birth.

“It is the public policy of this State that research involving the derivation and use of human embryonic stem cells, human embryonic germ cells and human adult stem cells from any source, including somatic cell nuclear transplantation (human cloning), shall: be permitted in this State…” (New Jersey Bill S1909, www.njleg.state.nj.us/)
