On January 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court issued the decision that created the current abortion law in the U.S. known as Roe v. Wade. Each January, regardless of weather conditions, we come together as a Christian community to pray for the end of abortion. Our keynote speaker this year is Father Nick Pagano, from Pax Christi Catholic Church. Join us afterwards for a free hot chocolate and cookie social at the St. Peter Catholic School cafeteria, served by the American Heritage Girls.
In case of inclement weather, the Vigil will be held in the St. Peter Catholic School cafeteria.
